  • Will Mitchell, CEO, Rabbet
    Will is the co-founder and CEO of Rabbet, a software helping real estate developers and lenders efficiently manage construction finances. Will spent 10+ years in commercial real estate and completed his undergraduate studies in architecture and structural engineering from the University of Virginia.

  • Amais Gerety, Partner, QED Investors
    Amias joined QED as a Partner in 2017 focusing on supporting the portfolio and finding new investment opportunities with a focus on back office technologies and infrastructure companies.

    Most recently, Amias served as the President’s nominee and as Acting Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. In that role, he was the lead advisor to the Secretary on policies affecting financial institutions and oversaw a number of programs focused on supporting small business lending and community development. He also served in policy roles and worked in East Africa for Save the Children. Amias is a recipient of the Alexander Hamilton award, the Treasury’s highest honor.
  • Nick Durham, Senior Associate, Shadow Ventures

    Nick is a Senior Associate at Shadow Ventures focused primarily on funding promising startups serving real estate developers. At Shadow, Nick manages efforts around fundraising, due diligence, and investor relations in addition to serving as a go-to-market resource for Shadow's incubator. He is a former analyst at Raymond James Financial Services ($125 BN in AUM) turned built environment startup operator, holding a decade of experience in leadership positions at VC-backed startups in PropTech including, BuiltWorlds, PrintWithMe, and Stuccco.

  • Jake Fingert, Camber Creek

    Jake is a General Partner at Camber Creek, a venture capital firm providing strategic value and capital to tech companies focused on the real estate market. Previously a Senior Policy Advisor at the White House under President Obama, Jake now coordinates Camber Creek’s operation and portfolio management.
