Rabbet Workshop Webinar: Projections

Learn how to create, maintain and adjust project forecasts easily in Rabbet!

Overview:
Accurately projecting the timing of costs and funding is critical to completing a project as planned. During pursuit and pre-construction, a detailed project forecast enables the developer to not only manage equity cash flow but also secure the best possible lending terms. Monitoring the actuals and updating the cost projections throughout construction are important for both lender and developer to detect overruns and funding shortfalls early.

In this webinar, learn how to configure the timing and spending rate of your project budget to create the cost and funding projection. We will also review how the actuals captured in your Rabbet draws automatically feed into the Projections tool so that you can identify discrepancies and update the projection throughout the life of the project.
